Today I found an interesting article browsing the world wide web from Men’s Health on shoulder stability. Inflammation and impingement of the rotator cuff is becoming increasingly common due to the busy environment of our lives. Follow these few basic exercises to promote long lasting pain free movement of the shoulder joint.
